All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders above ₹10,000 within India. Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold.

Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days (metros), 5–10 business days (other cities). International shipping is available on request — please contact us directly.

Fragrance shipments comply with all Indian courier regulations for alcohol-based cosmetics. Orders are packed with care in branded protective packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance — a consumable, personal product — we are unable to accept returns on opened bottles. We encourage customers to enquire before purchase; our team is available for fragrance consultations.

Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the packaging is intact.
